Legal agreement for using our travel booking platform
Next Trip Tours LLC ("Next Trip Tours," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates an online travel and transportation booking platform accessible through our website, mobile applications, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform enables travelers and customers ("Users") to search for and request transportation or travel-related services offered by independent, licensed transportation providers ("Transport Service Providers" or "TSPs").
Next Trip Tours is not a carrier, transportation operator, or tour provider and does not own or operate vehicles. We function solely as a technology-based marketplace that facilitates booking and communication between Users and independent TSPs.
Through the Platform, Users may request or book services such as:

If a TSP cancels, we may attempt reassignment or issue a refund if payment was collected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within standard banking timeframes.
