2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective supplier.
  • Prices, fares, and availability are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • By making a payment, you authorize us to process your transaction and confirm your booking.

3. Pricing & Fees

  • The total price includes base fare, taxes, and applicable service fees.
  • Service fees charged by NextTrip Tours LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes, upgrades, or special requests.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.
  • Airline, hotel, or service provider penalties may apply.
  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted through our official support channels.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with the supplier’s policies and fare rules.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partially used services unless permitted by the supplier.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • We are not responsible for denied boarding, delays, or losses due to incomplete documentation.

7. Fulfillment of Services

  • Booking confirmations, e-tickets, and travel documents will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation or as per supplier timelines.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the service provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

NextTrip Tours LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions by suppliers
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Loss of baggage, injury, or personal inconvenience

9. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Customers agree to contact NextTrip Tours LLC for resolution of any issues before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.

10. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Not to resell or commercially exploit the services without authorization
  • To provide accurate and complete information at all times
